We will gladly give store credit or direct exchange within 30 days of sale with the receipt. Candy is non returnable. We do not give refunds.

Can I bring my dog/cat/ferret shopping?
Yes, if you are willing to carry him/her or keep your pet in a cart during your visit. Parrots must be kept on your shoulder next to your eye patch. (Service animals okay of course)

Is is true that Archie McPhee is moving?
Yes! As of June 1st, 2009, we have moved to our new location in Wallingford at 1300 N 45th St. on the corner of 45th & Stone Way. Although we are sad to leave Ballard, we are also excited by the possibilities of a new location. You may remember we were on Stone Way in the '80s and '90s, so this completes the circle and brings us back to Stone Way in a new location.

Is it true that Archie McPhee is closing?
No! Archie McPhee is not closing, but unfortunately, our lease at our Ballard location was not renewed. As of June 1st, 2009, we have moved to our new location in Wallingford at 1300 N 45th St. on the corner of 45th & Stone Way. Archie McPhee will never die.
